Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Load the “SampleScene“ scene (Assets/Scenes)
3. In the Hierarchy window select the “World” GameObject
4. Right-click on the “World Hex Manager (Script)” component and select "Update Spawned Hexes"
5. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a25, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.8f1
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a24 - due to errors relating to the script
