How to reproduce:

Create a new VFX
Create a new SG and open it
Check Support VFX Graph in Graph Inspector
Save that SG and assign it to VFX output
Select VFX Output in order to open VFX Output Inspector
Observe that 'The ShaderGraph material is overriding some settings:' log pops up
Remove Shadergraph to None in the Output
Select VFX Output in order to open VFX Output Inspector

Expected result: Log message is not visible when SG is not assigned

Actual result: Log message is present when SG is assigned
