"Can not play a disabled audio source" is thrown when audio is toggled on with disabled Audio Source in the Scene

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project "BugReportAudioSource.zip"
2. Toggle audio on in the Scene view window

Expected results: No warning thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "Can not play a disabled audio source" thrown in the Console window
