Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro“
2. Open NuGet window (NuGet > Manage NuGet Packages)
3. Type anything in the search bar and click on “Search”

Expected result: Searched packages appear
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2021.3.18f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2

Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
