Can't enter string values in Query Builder mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any project
2. Click Open in Search next to the Project Window's search bar
3. Enable Query Builder mode
4. Add a query for name ""
5. Try to enter a string in the field where the "" symbols are

Expected result: a string can be typed
Actual result: the query is cleared out and the input string is shown as a plain search item

Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0b17, 2023.2.0a5
