Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-96038“ project
2. Make sure that only OpenGL is selected as the Graphics API
3. Make sure the “Development Build” option is disabled in Platform Settings of the Build Profile (File > Build Profiles)
4. Build and Run the Android Player on a device with Adreno GPU (File > Build and Run)
5. Observe the Player
Expected results: There are world objects rendered in the background as a skybox
Actual results: The world objects in the background are not rendered, but the default skybox is visible

Not reproducible with: 2022.3.59f1, 2023.2.0a14
