A non-existing webpage is opened when pressing the Unity Discussions button from the Help dropdown tab in the Editor

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “My project (10).zip“ project
2. Open Unity Discussions webpage (Help > Unity Discussions)
3. Observe the webpage

Expected result: https://discussions.unity.com/ is opened and the webpage works
Actual result: https://discussions.unity3d.com/ is opened and the webpage does not work

Reproducible with: 2022.3.5f1, 2022.3.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a12

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro, macOS Ventura 13.5.1 (Intel)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
