Crash on SourceAssetDBReadTxn::SourceAssetDBReadTxn() when idling on a specific Project

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-105255.zip” Project
2. Observe the Editor for 5mins

Expected result: The Editor is running
Actual result: Crash

Reproducible with:
6000.1.5f1 (This ticket)
6000.1.12f1 (Duplicate [Internal link])

Reproducible on: macOS 15.4.1 (M2 Pro mini) - user’s
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: CQA could not reproduce this issue locally
