Code Coverage Support option is not grayed out for Intel-32bit, which crashes when enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new project
2. Open the Build Profiles window
3. Pick Windows profile with 32-bit architecture option

Actual results:  The Code Coverage Support option is available and can be enabled / disabled

Expected results: The Code Coverage Support option is grayed out and a warning displayed

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.x, 6000.6.0a1
