1. Open the attached “IN-17489_TAAFlicker_2021_3_10” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The flickering is minimal
Actual result: Some areas flicker heavily, especially the cage light and the curtain on the left
Reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.7f1, 2021.3.13f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.20f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b12), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.41f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.6f1)
