"NullReferenceException" is thrown in the Console when creating a Button with text set to null in a UI Document

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Game view

Expected result: A clickable Button is displayed with no Console errors
Actual result: Button does not appear and an exception error can be seen in the Console “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
