Console displays "Assertion failed on expression: '!m_InsideContext'" error during component adding through the scene contextual menu

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3D project
2. Add any object in the "Hierarchy" window for example "Cube"
3. Select an added object and add one more under it
4. Select the second object in the "Scene" view and move it a little bit
5. Select it
6. Click "A" on the keyboard
7. Verify, that the contextual menu becomes visible in the Scene view
8. Select the "Add Component" menu item
9. Observe the "Console" window

Expected Result: A new component should be added and displayed in the windows.

Actual Result: The console displays errors. Added screenshot and video in the "Attachments" section.
