The Column Visibility kebab menu Tooltip uses Sentence Case instead of Title Case in the New Hierarchy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Enable the New Hierarchy (Preferences > General > Use new Hierarchy window)
3. Hover over the "Column visibility" kebab menu icon in the top right corner of the New Hierarchy Window and observe its Tooltip

Actual results: The Tooltip uses sentence case ("Column visibility")

Expected results: The Tooltip uses Title Case ("Column Visibility")

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a5, 6000.6.0a7

Can't test with versions: 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.18f1, 6000.4.12f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a4
