How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “uaal-example.zip” project
2. Follow the instructions from here: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/uaal-example/blob/master/docs/ios.md
3. After deploying the app to the device, press the “Change Orientation” button
4. Observe the result

Expected result: Orientation changed
Actual result: Orientation hasn’t changed

Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a5

Reproduced on:
VLNQA00310 - iPad Pro 12.9", 13.4.1 iOS
