Manual Reference button for Render Graph section in Rendering Debugger opens a missing Manual page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Click Window -> Analysis -> Render Graph
3. In the Rendering Section, click the Open Reference button next to the Render Graph options

Actual results: User is redirected to a missing documentation page

Expected results: Render Graph's documentation page is opened

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10

Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.61f1 (Render Graph section does not have Open Reference button)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.3.2

Notes:

• In U6 and U6.1 Render Graph section is not bundled under Rendering options. Instead it is listed as a separate Section
