Hardcoded string is shown for every template when attempting to download it while having insufficient disk space

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ensure the disk has very little storage (ideally around 100MB, maybe even less)
2. Open Unity Hub
3. Press "New Project"
4. Select any undownloaded template from the list
5. Observe the tooltip below the "Download Template" button

Actual results: "There is not enough storage on your disk to download Universal 3D (17.1.0)" is written

Expected results: "There is not enough storage on your disk to download [selected template]" is written

Reproducible with versions: 3.16.4

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
