Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-89780” project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: No strange behavior from the environment effects
Actual result: The skybox or bloom effect is flickering
Reproducible with: 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.11f1, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.46f1 (Universal 3D Sample is not available, can’t easily downgrade to this version), 6000.1.0a6 (Vulkan API can not be initialized on the device (App fails to launch))
