Editor can't find Audio Spatializer when using PS5AudioSpatializer plugin

The PS5 spatializer plugin is not supported on macOS or Linux. It is a native plugin that is in Windows format.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Click Edit > Project Settings… > Audio
3. Click on “Spatializer Plugin” select field
4. Observe the list
Actual results: Only “None” option is available in “Spatializer Plugin: select field, although “PS5AudioSpatializer” plugin is in the project
Expected results: “None” and “PS5AudioSpatializer” options are available in the “Spatializer Plugin” select field
