Quality Settings window opens up with an error when selecting a Quality Settings preset asset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP project
2. Open Edit -> Project Settings -> Quality
3. Create a new preset of the Quality Settings
4. Close the Project Settings window
5. Select the new preset in the Project tab
6. Observe the Editor

Actual results: Project Settings window is opened and a "InvalidOperationException" error is thrown in the Console and Inspector with Quality Settings Editor opens

Expected results: Only the Inspector with Quality Settings Editor opens

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

• Only reproducible with the Quality Settings window. Other Project Settings that support presets do not have this issue
