Tutorial header is empty in the Inspector when selecting the "Finalizing the application" tutorial

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using Industry Fundamentals Template
2. Open the Tutorials window
3. Select the "Finalizing the application" tutorial
4. Observe the top of the Inspector

Actual results: Header is empty

Expected results: A header is visible indicating that the user is in the "Finalizing the application" tutorial

Reproducible with versions: 1.0.4 (6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b4)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.4

Notes:

• The header is visible on all other tutorials
