Right Arrow Key Navigation no longer works after Exiting the Create New Script Option in the Add Component Dropdown

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. In a Scene select any Game Object
3. In the Inspector click the "Add Component" Button
4. With keyboard arrow navigation go to the bottom of the list and highlight the "New script" option
5. With the right arrow ( >) select the option to Create a new Scrip
6. Press Esc on the keyboard to Exit this option (might need to press the up arrow key for it to work)
7. Try and use the right arrow ( > ) again to select the option or any other option in the Add Component list

Actual results: Items can no longer be selected using the right arrow key once you exit out of the Create New Script option with the Esc Button, but can still be accessed using Enter

Expected results: Selecting Components with the right arrow key works after exiting the Create New Script option with the Esc key

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.12f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a7
