Quality level rename not saved when selecting another level before validating

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new 3D URP project
2. Open Edit -> Project Settings -> Quality
3. Select and then rename the top Quality level (don't validate the rename)
4. Select the last Quality level
5. Observe the Quality Levels section

Actual results: The top Quality level isn't renamed

Expected results: The top Quality level gets renamed

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

• Before the regression, the names were validated on each keystroke, therefore the name had been saved before any further action was taken
