Build Profiles: The vertical and horizontal window lines are different colors and this is not consistent with the other engine windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to File -> Build Profiles
3. Observe the lines in the "Build Profiles" window
4. Click "Add Build Profile" button
5. Observe the lines in the "Platform Browser"  window

Actual results: Vertical and horizontal internal lines are different colors. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: All the lines should be the same color as in all the other windows, all internal lines are presented in one color. 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: -

Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max - Sequoia 15.3.1
