Steps to reproduce:

Have around 50 Assets added to your account in the Asset Store
Open any Project and open the Package Manager Window
Go to the "My Assets" Window
At the bottom of the Asset List open the dropdown Menu that controls how many Assets are being displayed
Select "25"

Actual results: 25 More Packages are loaded in the List

Expected results: Only the count is set to 25, the same as it was before, additional Packages are not loaded until the "Load" button is clicked

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
