Some text in the Bug Reporter can be semi selected and copied

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Bug Reporter
2. Try imitating text selection for the Search Results at the top of the form
3. Use your copy shortcut and paste in the Details section
4. Try imitating text selection for Paths in the attachment section
5. Use your copy shortcut and paste in the Details section

Actual results: Text that has no selection highlights can be semi selected and copied

Expected results: Text that has no selection highlights cannot be copied

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
