Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the Build Settings window (File > Build Settings)
3. Click Extract
4. Select the “androidBuild” folder and click Select
5. Open the NativeAndroidApp folder in Android Studio (/ReproProj/NativeAndroidApp)
6. Click the small Run ‘app’ Button at the top right of the Android Studio window
7. In Player click the Button with the text “SHOW UNITYGAMEACTIVITY“
8. Observe the UI of the Activity
Expected result: Header does not duplicate and UI of Activity does not jump up
Actual result: Header with the text “NativeApp” duplicates for a very short duration when beginning to display the Splash Screen, and UI of the Activity jumps up
Reproducible with: 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b15
Could not test with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.3.0a11 (uaal-example-master\NativeAndroidApp\app\src\main\java\com\unity\mynativeapp\MainUnityGameActivity.java:6: error: cannot find symbol
import com.unity3d.player.UnityPlayerGameActivity)
