Bug Reporter shows no progress feedback after "Uploading" phase

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with any template
2. Open the Bug Reporter (Help > Report a Bug)
3. Select any option in “What is the problem related to”
4. Select any option in “How often does it happen”
5. In the “Title” field enter any title
6. Press “Send”
7. Observe the Bug Reporter

Expected result: After the “Uploading” phase progress feedback is shown
Actual result: After the “Uploading” phase no progress feedback is shown
