Rename, Delete, Duplicate operations are present and functional in Context Menu of Output Category

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached VFX
2. In the Blackboard, right click on the Output Category
3. Try to duplicate, delete it

Actual result: Observe that those actions are actually functional

Expected result: Option Rename, Delete, Duplicate are not present in the Context menu or are greyed out

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a10, 6000.1.0f1, 6000.047f1

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1
