Build Analysis: Right-hand detail pane lacks vertical scrollbar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Create one or a few builds for the project
3. Go to  Window → Analysis → Build Analysis 
4. Dock the window next to the "Game View" or "Inspector"
5. Select one build entry and view the populated details on the right
6. Expand all foldouts (Build Details, Build Steps, Messages)
7. Observe the result

Actual results: Content is clipped, and there is no way to navigate to the bottom of the data

Expected results: A vertical scrollbar should appear on the right side of the detail pane when the content height exceeds the window height

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 6000.6.0a4 has no needed new functionality

Tested on (OS): Tahoe 26.4.1
