Only class pills are draggable from the Stylesheet window to the Hierarchy window. Selection has no impact on this. Selectors can be complex with rules on the hierarchy (ex: `.container > .item:hover`), so it's not possible to drag a complete selector line on an element, just class pills.

Steps to reproduce:

Create and open a UI Document Asset
Add any Container to the Hierarchy
Create multiple Selectors
Select them both and drag and drop them on the Container

Actual results: Only the Selector that the user is dragging is added even though both Selectors are selected

Expected results: Both Selectors are added to the Container

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a4

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
