The Platform Browser Window refreshes and resets the platform selection after enabling ‘Android XR’ or ‘Meta Quest'

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a new project
2.  Open the Build Profile window (menu: File > Build Profiles)
3.  Select the "Add Build Profile" button
4. In the Platform Browser Window, Ensure that "Android XR" or "Meta Quest" are not enabled
5. Select either "Android XR" or "Meta Quest" platform
6. Click "Enable" button
7. Observe Platform Browser Window selection

Actual results: The Android XR platform selection is automatically removed

Expected results: The chosen platform remains selected after window refreshes

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b9

Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.59f1 (No Platform Browser Window), 6000.0.40f1 (No Android XR or Meta Quest in the list)
