The Mobile Monetization template has been disabled. Users that have already downloaded it will still experience this issue but users will no longer see or be able to download it.

How to reproduce:
1. Download, create and open a project with Mobile Monetization template
2. Observe

Expected results: No popup is shown
Actual results: "Advertisement Legacy package will soon be unsupported" popup appears

Reproducible with: 1.0.1, 1.0.2 (2021.3.16f1)
Could not test with: 1.0.2 (2020.3.42f1, it was only reproducible once on the machine)

Reproducible on: macOS (Intel and M1), Windows 10

Note: Reproducible only the first time downloading and opening the template, after that it's not possible to reproduce it again.
