APK size increases when built with 2023.X

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj" with the Android Platform
2. Go to File > Build Settings and press “Build”
3. Locate the built APK in file explorer
4. Observe the size of the APK file

Expected result: The size of APK does not increase
Actual result: The size of APK increases by about 1,200 KB

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a11, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.14f1, 2023.1.0a10

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2

Notes:

• libunity.so increased by ~ 1 MB
• libil2cpp.so decreased by ~ 0.3 MB
• unity default resources increased by ~ 484 KB
