Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Create a new UI Document (Assets > Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document)
Open the created UI Document
Resize the Canvas to the smallest possible width in the UI Builder window
Observe the Canvas

Actual results: The Canvas bounds/outline breaks, is no longer a rectangle

Expected results: Either the minimum width is bigger or the bounds/outline does not break

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.1
