The “x” button to delete the input for the Source project is inconsistent and only appears when hovered and creating a new Template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Hub
2. Open the "Templates" tab
3. Click the "New template" button
4. Select any project
5. Click somewhere in the "Save project as custom template" to deselect the Source project field
6. Hover over the Source project field
7. Move the cursor away from the Source project field
8. Observe the "x" delete button behavior

Actual results: The “x” button to delete the input for the Source project is inconsistent and only appears when hovered

Expected results: The "x" button is always visible

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• This behavior is inconsistent compared to other fields in the Hub: Search in Projects and Templates tab, Search when creating a new project, Search when selecting an editor version, etc. The "x" button is always visible even when not hovered in these fields
