Duplicate “Visual Effect” entries shown in Search window when searching for Visual Effect

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Search Window (Window > Search > New Window)
3. Press “Add new query block” button
4. Search for “Visual Effect”
5. Observe the menu

Actual results: Two entires for “Visual Effect” are shown in the list
Expected results: One entry for “Visual Effect” is shown in the list

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
