Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open any new project
2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Player
3. Uncheck “Auto Graphics API for Windows”
4. Drag “Direct3D11” to the top to make DX11 active in the project
5. Make sure the “Gamma” Color Space is selected
6. Drag the Game view tab so that both Scene and Game view windows are active
7. In the Scene view make sure the Draw Mode is anything except “Unlit Draw Mode”
8. Hover and click around on the Scene view
9. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The Scene view does not flicker
Actual result: The Scene view flickers
