How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to the Shortcuts window and change the “Move” command shortcut to “N”
3. Go to the project view and create a folder. Rename the folder and press "Enter" to end editing
4. Press shift+option+N to create a new child object in the hierarchy window
5. Observe the result
Expected result: A new GameObject is created every time when pressing the shortcut
Actual result: A new GameObject is not created with the shortcut until the user clicks away from the project view and back.
