Package Manager Spinner remains and can be clicked when Cancelling active trust for an untrusted Package after selecting another Package during the download phase

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Install a Package with an invalid signature in Package Manager
3. Immediately select another Package in the Packages list
4. Observe the Spinner in the top right corner of the Window and the action buttons
5. Click on the spinner

Actual results: Spinner remains in the Package Manager until other installation actions are taken or the Package Manager is restarted even though Package installation has been cancelled

Expected results: Spinner is repainted and removed, and other packages can be managed when installing an Invalid Package is cancelled in Active trust window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a3, 6000.5.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.66f2, 6000.3.5f2, 6000.4.0a2 (Cannot cancel Package Installation when they don't have a signature)
