All of the Details text of any entry in the Console is immediately selected when clicking anywhere in the Details Panel and text moves or disappears when dragged

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import attached Unity Package
2. Open the "Main Menu UI" uxml asset and select the first VisualElement in the UI Builders Hierarchy for Warnings and Errors to appear in the Console
3. Select any of the Warnings or the Error and then Unfocus the Console Window
4. Try selecting any text in the Details section of the Console (Try dragging some text and letting go of the left mouse button)

Actual results:

All of the details text is immediately selected when clicking anywhere in the details panel of the Console,
On 6.1, when clicking and dragging the text and the Console window is unfocused dragging text seems to move some text from the bottom to the top of the details panel,
On 6.2, after dragging some of the immediately selected text makes the whole details panel empty

Users are still able to select the text they want if they first click in the Details panel to select everything, the click anywhere to unselect all of the text

Expected results: Users are able to immediately drag-select any text in the Details panel of the Console Window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a5, 6000.2.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a4
