Black artifact becomes visible in the "Build Profiles" window when the "Build Automation" window is opened

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "File -> Build Profiles"
3. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
4. In the "Platform Browser" window, enter the Build Profile name and create a build
5. Verify that the build is created
6. Select it
7. Click the "Cloud Build" button
8. Verify that the "Build Automation" window is created
9. Move it a little bit up
10. Hover the mouse on the "Scripting Defines" section
11. Observe the result

Actual results: A black artifact becomes visible. A few screenshots are added below in the Attachments section. Seems that we get it instead of a tooltip.

Expected results: Users shouldn't see such artifacts. If it is a tooltip, so user should see its message.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a7

Not reproducible with versions: -

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.44f1 this stream has old UI

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.3.2
