Steps to reproduce:
Open a Unity Project on a computer with a multi-monitor setup.
Undock one of the editor windows (e.g. Game window) so it is floating on your main window.
Disconnect one of your additional monitors.
Actual results: The floating window will resize to its smallest size and you will have to resize it.
Expected results: The floating window stays the size that the user set it to be.

Notes:
On the later Unity versions, there is a more severe version of this bug that sometimes makes floating windows completely inaccessible. That issue has been linked to this one.
