“We encountered an error when trying to open the path…” pop-up appears when opening attachment path in Unity Bug Reporter

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Help > Report a bug…
3. Right-click on any of the Attachments in Unity Bug Reporter window
4. Select “Open Path” option

Actual result: “We encountered an error when trying to open the path…” pop-up appears and path gets opened
Expected result: Path gets opened without any error pop-ups

Reproducible with: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.2f1, 6000.5.0b3, 6000.6.0a2

Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced with: macOS Tahoe 26.3 (M4)
