Buttons overlap with the tab divider in the Branch Explorer options when resizing tabs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Click the "Unity VCS" dropdown in the Customizable Toolbar
3. Click the "Use Unity Version Control..." button
4. Click the "Create Workspace" in the Unity Version Control window
5. Click the "Create Workspace" button again
6. Click the "Branch Explorer" button in the top right of the Unity Version Control window
7. Open the Branch Explorer options by clicking the cogwheel button in the Branch Explorer window
8. Open the "Advanced filters & format" tab in the Branch Explorer options
9. Resize the tabs by moving the tab divider to the right side of the window
10. Observe the "Add inclusion", "Add exclusion", and "Add format" buttons

Actual results: The buttons overlap with the tab divider moving out of bounds

Expected results: The buttons are contained in the right tab

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.8f1, 6000.5.0b9, 6000.6.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 2023.1.0a3 (different functionality)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
