Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Build and run (File > Build And Run)
3. Open File Explorer
4. Resize the Player window by dragging the window border
5. Observe the Player

Expected result: The UI in the Player window is visible when resizing
Actual result: The UI is not visible while resizing the Player window

Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2023.3.0b10
Not Reproducible with: 6000.0.1f1
Fixed in: 6000.0.0b11

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
