Editor hangs when repeatedly clicking "Create New Palette" in Tile Palette window

Repro steps:
1. Create a new 2D Core project
2. Open the Tile Palette window
3. Click “Create New Palette” and save it
4. Select the New Palette drop-down menu and click “Create New Palette”
5. Repeat Step 4 about 10-40 times

Expected result: “Create New Palette” option window opens
Actual result: Unity hangs
