How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-135243_SourceCode.zip" project
2. Open the "Main" scene
3. Add the Device Simulator tab by going to Window -> General -> Device Simulator
4. Observe the UI elements size in the Device Simulator
5. Close the project and reopen it
6. Observe the UI elements size in Device Simulator again after reopening
Actual result: The size of all UI elements becomes smaller after reopening the project
Expected result: UI elements stay the same size after reopening the project

Not reproducible with: 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
