Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “ShadowCaster2DBug” project
2. Open “SampleScene” scene
4. If needed, enable Shadow component Strength property for “Light 2D” GameObject
3. Observe the casted shadow from “Square” GameObject when moving “Light 2D” GameObject
Expected result: The shadow casts until the light is gone
Actual result: The shadow disappears even though the GameObject “Square” is lighted
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.2.0a21
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.2 (Intel)
Note: The issue is reproducible with both “Spot” and “Freeform” Light Types
