Search: "+" icon disappears during window resizing or navigation between the tabs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3D project
2. Window -> Search -> New Window
3. Update window view to "Table View" (the "Table View" button is in the left bottom corner)
4. Enter "A" into the search input field, the results will be displayed
5. Click the "Add Column" (" + ") button
6. Add any selected item from the dropdown
7. Minimize the window and try navigation between the tabs
8. Observe the window and "+" (video added in the "Attachments" section)

Expected result: "+" always should be displayed

Actual result: "+" disappears during the navigation

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15.

Not Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b16, 2022.2.19f1, 2021.3.25f1.

Cannot test with: 2020.3.47f1 (this stream has no this window).
