Profiler does not support characters when UTF8 encoding is used

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached project(“ProfilerBug.zip“)
2. Select Scene “Assets/Scenes/BugTest“
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open Profiler “Window>Analysis>Profiler“
5. Select CPU Usage Profiler
6. Observe Main Thread in the Module Details Panel

Expected results: There is a process named “中文测试“
Actual results: Process name is changed to “-K“
